The Katie Melua Collection and more......

A lot of people have already asked when the DVD of the Rotterdam Ahoy recording will be released.
Well the answer is there at last because the DVD of this Ahoy concert will be released soon.
A cd titled "The Katie Melua Collection" will be released in October and as an extra it will have a
DVD with the recording on it of the concert which Katie gave in our country last April.
The compilation cd will also have some new recordings on it.
At this point it's not sure which ones this will be. There are various songs to choose from.
Next week they are going into the studio for it and at the moment they are busy with booking the rhythm section.
One thing is for sure there will be a fantastic studio version of Kozmic Blues, the Janis Joplin song that Katie
did as encore during her concerts, going to be recorded.
Also to be found on this release is the duet with Eva Cassidy.
Release date is October 24th.
